Event Policy

Everyone attending does so at their own risk. No liability is assumed by the owners, managers, promoters, sponsors or others associated with this event. Rock the Harbor is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, theft, loss or damage of personal property or personal injury.

No refunds, no exchanges – no exceptions.
The event is rain or shine. No refunds will be given for any evacuation.


No pets.


No guns or any weapons allowed onsite, this includes pocket knives. Items will be confiscated and not returned.


No outside food or drink permitted into the festival grounds.


Festival wristband must be in sight at all times. Failure to do so could result in removal from the property or towing at owner’s expense.


Wristbands void if tampered with or removed.


Line up/set times subject to change without notice.


Everyone is subject to search upon entry.
There is no overnight parking at any parking lot. Violators will be towed at owner’s expense.


All items are subject to availability and prices can change without notice.


Upon entering the venue, you accept your likeness (pictures/videos) may be used as promotional material used by Rock The Harbor.

SECURITY SCREENING
For the security of everyone at the Rock the Harbor Event, all people and vehicles on festival grounds are subject to a full and complete search prior to entry. This may include a full body pat-down and magnetometer screening before entry. If you would like to be screened by security personnel of your same gender, please let security personnel know prior to the search process. Screening of children will always take place with the parent or guardian.

SMALL BAG POLICY: All bags will be searched before entry. Bags will be restricted to small purses and draw string bags and may not exceed 14″ x 11″ x 5″ (35cm x 28cm x 12cm).

Backpacks and bags with multiple pockets are prohibited.

Camelbaks and hydration packs are not allowed.

We recommend a cinch bag or single-pocket fanny-pack.

Any person who refuses to follow security policies will be refused entry to the event.

EXIT & RE-ENTRY
Ticket holders are able to come into the venue once each day and will go through the security screening EVERY TIME they enter the venue.

DRINKING POLICY
If you plan on drinking at the event, you must be over 21 and wearing an over 21 wristband at all times. Security will be doing ID checks. Once the festival grounds open, stop at any ID Check tent to get your wristband (see map for ID check locations). You must do this prior to visiting a bar, there will be no wristbands given out at the bars.

Alcohol of any kind
Drugs & drug paraphernalia

Musical instruments
Spray paint/giant markers/sharpies
Tents of any kind
Pets (service animals must have proper identification)
Outside food and beverages
Coolers
Flags
Large misters
Wagons or wheeled carts
Kites
Unauthorized solicitation
Umbrellas
Professional grade radios or walkie talkies
Coolers
Drones or any other remote flying device
Any and all professional audio recording and/or video recording equipment
Professional cameras and equipment (any camera with a detachable lens)
Any item deemed inappropriate by festival security
